No person shall build, kindle, add fuel to,
maintain or permit a bonfire or fire of any character whatsoever upon
or adjacent to any pavement, curb, sidewalk, tree, shrubbery or grass
within or upon streets, parks or other public property in the Village
of Great Neck Estates.[1]
No person shall, without previously procuring
and thereafter holding unrevoked a permit therefor, as provided by
the ordinances of the Village of Great Neck Estates, cut, open, paint,
deface, damage or destroy any pavement, curb, sidewalk, tree, shrubbery
or grass within or upon any streets, parks or other public property
in the Village of Great Neck Estates.
No person shall post any bills, notices or advertising
material of any character whatsoever upon any trees, posts, poles,
fences, buildings or other structures within or upon any streets,
parks or other public property in the Village of Great Neck Estates.
No person shall in any manner whatsoever damage,
deface, mutilate or destroy any grass, trees, shrubbery, posts, poles,
fences, buildings or other structures within or upon any streets,
parks or other public property in the Village of Great Neck Estates.

Every person violating any of the terms or provisions
of this article shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $2,500,
imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both, for each offense.

Every violation of this article or any part thereof
is hereby declared disorderly conduct, and the person violating the
same is hereby declared a disorderly person.
