Department of Cemeteries — See Charter, Art. XXIII.
It shall be unlawful for any person to be or remain within the Hudson City cemeteries during the hours of darkness without the written permission of the Superintendent of Cemeteries.
Signs indicating the curfew set forth in § 105-1 hereof shall be placed conspicuously at each entrance to the Hudson City cemeteries.

Any person committing an offense against any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation punishable as follows: by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days or by a fine not exceeding $250, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
