Trucks in excess of 2 1/2 tons are hereby
excluded from the following highways within this City:

Eighth Street

Glenwood Boulevard
|
|
Harry Howard Avenue
|
|
Oakwood Boulevard
|
|
Parkwood Boulevard
|
|
Paul Avenue
|
|
Prospect Avenue
|
The regulations established in this article
shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise
or other property along the highways from which such trucks are otherwise
excluded.
