The storing or parking of any of the following types of motor vehicles on any property in the Township is hereby prohibited unless such vehicles are stored within a closed building:
A. 
Unregistered motor vehicles or motor vehicles without a current inspection sticker.
B. 
Abandoned or derelict motor vehicles.
C. 
Motor vehicles bearing validly issued dealer's tags of a number in excess of the number of persons comprising such dealer and his or her immediate family resident at the property on which they are parked; in the case of a vehicle bearing dealer's tags, such motor vehicle must exhibit the same tag at all times that it applies to such vehicle so that tags are not shifted from vehicle to vehicle.
The prohibitions contained in § 194-1 hereof shall have no application to the conduct of a motor vehicle sales agency or a garage servicing and repair business conducted in conformance with the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of Lower Moreland Township.[1]

Upon conviction in a summary proceeding for a violation of any provision of this chapter, the offender shall be sentenced to pay a fine not in excess of $1,000 plus costs of prosecution for each violation and, in default of such fine and costs, to imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 30 days. Each day of storage of each motor vehicle stored or parked in violation of this chapter shall be deemed to be a separate violation.
