[Adopted 4-5-1971]
Pursuant to § 4-406, Subsection 2(f), of the Village Law of the State of New York,[1] the office of Deputy Fire Commissioner is created, and appointment to said office shall be for a period of one year.[2]

Such Deputy shall have such further powers and duties not inconsistent with such office or law as may be from time to time prescribed by resolution of the Board.
