The position of Village Constable is hereby established to serve and
execute civil process, take custody of and see to the transportation of prisoners,
and undertake such other duties consistent with the position of Village Constable
as from time to time might be prescribed by the Village Manager or the Board
of Trustees in exchange for such compensation as shall be established by the
Board of Trustees from time to time.
