In addition to his or her duties, the Village Clerk shall
have the overall responsibility for all operation of the Village of Pittsford,
New York, and shall report directly to the Mayor and Village Board of Trustees.
It shall be the obligation of village department heads to keep the Village
Clerk advised as to any abnormal or problem occurrences in their departments.

The hiring of any extra help in addition to the full-time
village work force must be approved by the Village Clerk.

Any expenditures for materials in excess of $50 must
be approved by the Village Clerk.
