The following described places are hereby established as public parking areas intended to provide opportunities to park vehicles and boat trailers in a manner convenient to the launching and landing of permitted watercraft into tidal waters:
A.
Ox Pasture Road (Penny Landing) parking area. The area hereinafter described is hereby established as a public parking area of the Village of Southampton for which a special permit is required:
That area within the right-of-way on both sides of Ox Pasture Road westerly of a point 800 feet westerly of the intersection of Lee Avenue, as measured on the southerly side of Ox Pasture Road, to the pavement limit at Heady Creek. |
B.
Boatman's Lane parking area. The area hereinafter described is hereby established as a public parking area of the Village of Southampton for which a special permit is required:
That area within the right-of-way of Boatman's Lane westerly of a point 400 feet westerly of the intersection of Halsey Neck Lane on the north side of Boatman's Lane, and 335 feet westerly of Halsey Neck Lane on the south side of Boatman's Lane, to the pavement limit at Taylor Creek. |

Road A parking area. The area hereinafter described is hereby established as a public parking area of the Village of Southampton for which a special permit is required:
The entire length of both sides of Road A north of its intersection with Meadow Lane, to the mean high water line of Shinnecock Bay. |

Road D parking area. The area hereinafter described is hereby established as a public parking area of the Village of Southampton for which a special permit is required:
That area within the right-of-way on both sides of Road D north of a point 125 feet north of its intersection with Meadow Lane, to the pavement limit at Shinnecock Bay. |

Meadow Lane parking area. The area hereinafter described is hereby established as a public parking area of the Village of Southampton for which a special permit is required:
That area along the westerly line of SCTM tax parcel 904-21-1-6.2, having a width of 20 feet, to a point 100 feet northerly of Meadow Lane. |
