All such sums of money as may be received by the Borough Treasurer
in accordance with the Act of Assembly approved June 28, 1895,[1] be and are hereby declared to be received for the benefit
of the Middletown Firemen's Relief Association.

The Borough Treasurer is hereby directed to enter such sums,
upon the receipt thereof, under a special account and to report said
amount annually to the Borough Council, which shall thereupon direct
a warrant to issue therefor in favor of the Treasurer of the Middletown
Firemen's Relief Association of the Borough of Middletown immediately
after the receipt thereof.
