The Borough of Middletown does hereby signify intention to organize
an Authority under the provisions of the Municipality Authorities
Act of 1945.[1]

The proper officers are hereby authorized and directed to organize
said Authority, to execute the Articles of Incorporation and to file
the same with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as
provided by law.

Said Articles of Incorporation shall be as follows:[1]

The Authority is incorporated for the purpose of undertaking
such project or projects as are permitted under the provisions of
the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945.
