It shall be unlawful for any person to use any public park in the Town of New Lebanon, New York, except during hours when such park is open to the public.
The use by the public of any parks shall be subject to the following restrictions:
A. 
The park is open to the public from 7:00 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. every day of the week except when officially closed by the Park Superintendent or the Town Supervisor.
B. 
No unregistered motor vehicles are permitted to be used or parked upon any property within the park.
C. 
No motor vehicle or horse shall travel at a speed greater than 10 miles per hour within the park.
D. 
Horses are only permitted on the thoroughfares within the park.
E. 
No horses shall be permitted to remain within the park unless accompanied by its owner or a responsible person to control it.
F. 
No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed or brought into the park unless a special permit is first obtained as herein provided.
A special permit for consumption of alcoholic beverages may be issued by the Park Superintendent, Town Supervisor, Town Clerk and/or Town Board to any applicant who rents the pavilion facilities upon the following terms: a nonrefundable rental fee as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Board shall be paid at the time the application is made. The applicant shall specify the date and times for which the permit is sought.
A. 
Any person who violates or knowingly permits violation of § 152-1 or 152-2 or 153-3 or any subsection thereof shall be liable to a civil penalty not to exceed $250.
B. 
No person shall injure, disturb, litter, or befoul any part of the park nor any building, sign, equipment or other property found therein. Any person who violates this section shall be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed $250 and/or criminal fine not to exceed $250 and/or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days.
In addition to any penalty or provision herein, any person who violates any provision of any section or subsection of this chapter shall be liable for damages incurred to park property.
