Any person, firm or corporation having posted a sign, advertisement,
notice or such similar printed material on poles or objects located on public
streets, or placed on the ground along public streets, shall cause these particular
notices to be removed within one (1) day after the end of the event for which
they were posted.
Any person found to be in violation of failure to remove posted material
in the proper time limit shall be subject to a fine of from twenty-five dollars
($25.) to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.) or imprisoned for not more than
fifteen (15) days, or both. Every day after the prescribed limit shall be
deemed a separate offense.
