A.Â
The Supervisor and the Deputy Supervisor of the Town
of Van Buren are authorized to sign checks drawn on the consolidated and payroll
checking accounts.
B.Â
The Town Clerk of the Town of Van Buren is authorized
to sign checks on the Clerk's checking account.
C.Â
The Receiver of Taxes of the Town of Van Buren is authorized
to sign checks on the Receiver of Taxes' checking account.
D.Â
Each Town Justice of the Town of Van Buren is authorized
to sign checks on his/her respective checking account.

The fee for each check returned for insufficient funds shall be as set
by resolution of the Town Board from time to time.
