Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 186-43), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall operate a vehicle at a speed in excess of the speed limit for both directions of traffic along the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule II (§ 186-44), attached to and made a part of this chapter, which speed limit is hereby established at the rate of speed indicated in said Schedule II.
No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of that indicated in Schedule III (§ 186-45), attached to and made a part of this chapter, in the areas described in said schedule, during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
No person shall drive a vehicle in a direction other than the direction indicated for any street designated as a one-way street. The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 186-46), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 186-47), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule V (§ 186-48), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VII (§ 186-49), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
All persons operating a vehicle shall cause the vehicle to come to a complete stop before proceeding through any intersection designated as a stop intersection. The intersections described in Schedule VIII (§ 186-50), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
No person operating a vehicle shall fail to yield the right-of-way to oncoming traffic at any intersection designated as a yield intersection. The intersections described in Schedule IX (§ 186-51), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
No person shall drive a vehicle in excess of the permitted weight on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule X (§ 186-52), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets. Trucks in excess of the weights indicated are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule X (§ 186-52), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.
