For brevity and ease of communication, this chapter may be cited as the "Town of Van Buren Water Use Local Law."
The general purpose of this chapter is the following: to provide for efficient and economic operation of the water facilities in the Town of Van Buren.
The provisions of Chapter 194 of the Code of the Town of Van Buren heretofore in effect are hereby repealed, and said provisions are replaced by the herein set forth Articles I through Article VI, inclusive.
