This chapter shall be known and may be cited
as the "Streets and Public Places Law of the Village of Minoa."

No person shall post any written or printed
handbills, designs or any other notice on any shade trees, post or
hydrant or telephone, telecommunications or other similar purposes
or electric light pole on any street or public place.

No person shall erect any pole in the streets
or public places in the village or extend any wire for telephone,
telecommunications or other similar purposes or electrical purposes
in or across any street or public place in the village without the
permission of the Superintendent of Public Works.
No person shall, without permission of the Superintendent
of Public Works, dig, remove or carry away any stone, earth, sand
or gravel from any street or public place in the village.

No person shall mar, hack, deface or otherwise
injure in any manner any shade tree, post, hydrant or telephone, telecommunications
or other similar purposes or electric light pole; or break or injure
any electric fixture, light or lamp in any street or public place
in the village.
