The provisions of this article shall apply,
except when it is necessary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with
other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer
or official traffic control device.

No vehicle shall be parked on any street or
highway in the Village of Minoa between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and
7:00 a.m. from the first day of November of each year to the 15th
day of April of the following year.
The parking of vehicles is prohibited at all
times in the following locations:
A. On the west side of North Main Street between the
south curbline of Helfer Lane and the north curbline of Dorothy Street.
B. On the east side of North Main Street between the
south curbline of Helfer Lane extended and the north curbline of Osborne
Street.
C. On the east side of North Main Street between the
south curbline of Osborne Street and a point fifty (50) feet southerly
therefrom.
D. On the south side of Osborne Street between the east
curbline of North Main Street and a point two hundred seventy (270)
feet easterly therefrom.
E. On the north side of Osborne Street between the westerly
property line of the Resource Center and the northwesterly curbline
of East Avenue.
F. On the north side of Helfer Lane between the west
curbline of North Main Street and a point seventy (70) feet westerly
therefrom.
G. On both sides of South Central Avenue between the
west curbline of William Street and the westerly end of the street.
H. On both sides of Osborne Street on that portion of
Osborne Street which runs in a north/south direction.

I. Along the east and west sides of Ferndale Lane between
the northerly curbline or North Central Avenue and the southerly curbline
of Windebank Lane.

No vehicle shall be parked on any parking lot
owned by the Village of Minoa between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00
a.m.

No motor vehicle or trailer shall be parked, stored or standing in any fire lane designated pursuant to §
68-3 of the Village Code at any time.
