Provisions of this chapter of the Village of
Minoa Municipal Code relating to the designation of one-way roadways,
stop intersections, yield intersections and maximum speed limits and
any other traffic regulations which the New York State Vehicle and
Traffic Law permits the Village Board to amend by local law, ordinance,
order, rule or resolution may be amended from time to time by the
Board of Trustees of the Village of Minoa by local law, ordinance,
order, rule or resolution, all in accordance with the provisions of
the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.
