Except as hereinafter provided:
A. Conformity with chapter. No building, structure or
land shall be used or occupied, and no building or structure or part
of either shall be erected, used, moved, reconstructed, restored,
changed or altered, unless in conformity with this chapter.
B. Area, height and bulk. No building or structure shall
hereafter be erected or altered to exceed the height, to be of lesser
area, to accommodate or house a greater number of families and/or
persons or to have narrower or smaller rear yards, front yards or
side yards than specified in this chapter for the district in which
the building or structure is to be erected or altered.
C. Yards; not to be used for another building. No part
of a yard or other open space required about any building for the
purpose of compliance with the provisions of this chapter shall be
included as part of a yard or other open space similarly required
for another building.
D. General use restriction. Any use not designated as
a permitted principal use or a permitted accessory use or a permitted
special use is specifically prohibited in any zoning district in the
Village of Minoa.
