The Building Inspector of the Incorporated Village of New Hyde Park is hereby authorized to issue and serve appearance tickets pursuant to Article 150 of the Criminal Procedure Law in cases relating to violation of any provision of any village law, ordinance, rule or regulation which the Building Inspector is authorized to enforce or which is within his jurisdiction.

The Plumbing Inspector of the Incorporated Village of New Hyde Park is hereby authorized to issue and serve appearance tickets pursuant to Article 150 of the Criminal Procedure Law in cases relating to violation of any provision of any village law, ordinance, rule or regulation which the Plumbing Inspector is authorized to enforce or which is within his jurisdiction.
