The Village Board ratifies and confirms the establishment and existence
of the Building Department of the Incorporated Village of New Hyde Park.
The purpose of this Department is to oversee the issuance of building
permits and certificates of occupancy for all structures located in the Village
of New Hyde Park and the enforcement of the zoning ordinances under the supervision
of the Superintendent of the Building Department.
