A. 
The Council of Lower Saucon Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, hereby authorizes and agrees to enter into an Intermunicipal Cooperation Agreement to establish a municipal computer crime task force program with the Pennsylvania State Police.
B. 
The agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A.[1]
