Township of Lower Saucon, PA Article III Municipal Computer Crime Task Force

[Adopted 5-21-2003 by Ord. No. 2003-06]

§ 17-7 Authorization.

A. The Council of Lower Saucon Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, hereby authorizes and agrees to enter into an Intermunicipal Cooperation Agreement to establish a municipal computer crime task force program with the Pennsylvania State Police.

B. The agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A.[1]
