The pool and its use shall be restricted to the residents of the Village
of Fort Edward and the Town of Fort Edward.
It is acknowledged that families in the village and town shall have
guests during the summer, and these guests shall be allowed the use of the
pool at the discretion of the Pool Director.
The Pool Director will establish a schedule for its use by children
of different ages and by adults.
There shall be absolutely no food or drink consumed within the enclosed
area of the pool.
There shall be at least one (1) lifeguard on duty during the period
the pool is open.
All users of the pool shall be compelled to take a shower before entering
the pool area.
The restrictions regarding the use of the pool by residents shall remain
in effect until such time as the Recreation Commission and the Town Board
shall determine that the restriction shall be removed.
The Recreation Commission shall post within the swimming pool area a
notice incorporating these regulations and rules of the Town Board.
Any person violating this chapter subject to a fine of not more than
two hundred fifty dollars ($250.) or imprisonment for not more than fifteen
(15) days, or both, for each offense.
