[Policies relating to paid holidays, vacations, leaves, overtime
and other terms and conditions of employment for full-time officers and employees
of the Town of New Hartford, with the exception of the Highway Department,
are established each year by resolution of the Town Board. Policies relating
to the Highway Department are incorporated in the negotiated agreement between
the town and Highway Department employees. Copies of the current personnel
policies resolution and the negotiated agreement are on file in the office
of the Town Clerk, where they are available for inspection during regular
office hours.]
