Editor's Note: This local law provided an effective date of 1-1-2003.
A fee of $75 shall be and hereby is charged for a permit to discharge
fireworks pursuant to § 405 of the Penal Law; said permit fee applies
to each occasion (day) on which fireworks are discharged.
The Town Clerk is hereby authorized to collect said fee and to issue
said permit, provided that the applicant for such permit has complied in all
respects with § 405 of the Penal Law.
