Article II Sewer Tax Exemption

[Adopted 4-18-1984 by L.L. No. 4-1984]

§ 107-3 Exemption granted to certain qualifying properties.

Any property located within the Town of New Hartford which receives all of its sewer services from a municipality other than the Town of New Hartford, New York, and which is totally and fully assessed and taxed for said sewer services by another municipality shall be exempt from any sewer tax levied by the Town of New Hartford.
