The Seal of the Town of New Windsor shall have inscribed therein, in circular form, the words "Town of New Windsor, Orange County, New York," and within the circle so formed shall be placed a replica of the Continental Soldier holding a bugle to his mouth with a flag attached. Under the sentinel, the Continental Soldier, shall be the inscription "1763."
The impression of said Seal as prepared shall be made upon the page upon which this chapter shall be reproduced, as a matter or permanent record.
