Town of New Windsor, NY Chapter 137 Fees

[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of New Windsor 1-6-1999 by L.L. No. 1-1999 (Ch. 19 of the 1972 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]

§ 137-1 Schedule of Fees. [1]

The Town of New Windsor shall adopt annually a Schedule of Fees resolution at the annual reorganization meeting. The resolution shall be revised and adopted from year to year, or more frequently if required, and shall be incorporated by reference into this chapter and shall have the force of law, and until so adopted the preceding Standard Schedule of Fees resolution shall remain in effect. The current Schedule of Fees shall be on file at the office of the Town Clerk.
