Mobile home parks shall be kept free of litter, rubbish and other flammable
materials.
Portable fire extinguishers of a type approved by the fire prevention
authority shall be kept in service buildings and at all other locations designated
by such fire prevention authority and shall be maintained in good operating
condition.

A.
Fire hydrants shall be installed if the park water supply
system is capable of serving them in accordance with the following requirements:
(1)
The water supply system shall permit the operation of
a minimum of two one-and-one-half-inch hose streams.
(2)
Each of two nozzles, held four feet above the ground,
shall deliver at least 75 gallons of water per minute at a flowing pressure
of at least 32 pounds per square inch at the highest elevation point of the
park.
B.
Fire hydrants, if provided, shall be located within 500
feet of any mobile home, service building or other structure of the park.
Use and installation of signs shall be regulated by the provisions of Chapter 300, Zoning.
Plans and specifications for mobile home parks will be subject to review by the Planning Board under this chapter. However, the Planning Board also shall review for general compliance with Chapter 300, Zoning, and Chapter 257, Subdivision of Land. Fees for mobile home park review shall be the same as subdivision fees, and the procedures and requirements for review shall be the same as for subdivision.
