A. 
The person to whom a permit for a mobile home park is issued shall operate the park in compliance with this chapter and regulations issued hereunder and shall provide adequate supervision to maintain the park, its facilities and equipment in good repair and in a clean and sanitary condition.
B. 
The park management shall notify park occupants of all applicable provisions of this chapter and inform them of their duties and responsibilities under this chapter and regulations issued hereunder. The park owner shall be ultimately responsible for all violations, even if caused by an occupant. No mobile home shall be allowed to occupy space without a mobile home permit issued by the Code Enforcement Officer.
C. 
The park management shall supervise the placement of each mobile home stand, which includes securing its stability and installing all utility connections.
D.

E. 
The park management shall notify the State Health Department immediately of any suspected communicable or contagious disease within the park.

The park occupants shall comply with all applicable requirements of this chapter and regulations issued hereunder, and each occupant shall maintain his mobile home lot, its facilities and equipment in good repair and in a clean and sanitary condition.
B. 
The park occupant shall be responsible for proper placement of the mobile home on its mobile home stand and proper installation of all utility connections in accordance with the instructions of the park management.[1]

C. 
No owner or person in charge of a dog, cat or other pet animal shall permit it to run at large or to commit any nuisance within the limits of any mobile home lot.
A mobile home shall not be occupied for dwelling purposes unless it is properly placed on a mobile home stand and connected to water, sewerage and electrical utilities, nor shall any portion of the park be occupied unless otherwise approved by the Code Enforcement Officer and Water Superintendent, and the portion to be occupied showing filed plans, or as-built plans certified to by a licensed professional engineer, as to the construction of this installation.
