B. 
The parking or standing of any vehicle or motorized machine, regardless of nature (except emergency vehicles or equipment), on any street or road in the Town of New Windsor or upon any right-of-way in the Town of New Windsor, while said vehicle or motorized machine has its engine running, shall be prohibited for a period in excess of two hours unless said vehicle or motorized machine is attended by an operator.

Old Temple Hill Road, north side from State Route 32 to State Route 94.

Seasonal parking. No vehicles shall be parked:
(1) 
On the south side of Ledyard Street during the period beginning December 1 and ending April 1 of each year.
(2) 
On Beattie Road, from the intersection of Route 207 extending on the west side for a distance of 470 feet, extending on the east side of the intersection of Liberty Drive, for the period from October 1 through December 31.

B. 
Parking after snowfalls.
(1) 
The parking or standing of vehicles on any Town road or street is hereby prohibited at any time after there has been a snowfall of two inches or more, until such time as the street or road has been plowed.
(2) 
Any vehicle which shall be parked on any Town road or street, after there has been a snowfall of two inches or more and before said street or road has been plowed, may be removed and stored by the Chief of Police if he deems such removal advisable for public safety or convenience.

(3) 
Any vehicle so removed and stored shall be deemed an abandoned vehicle and, as such, subject to the provisions of Chapter 276, Vehicles, Abandoned and Junked, of this Code.
