Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as follows:
A. 
For § 280-1, One-way streets: by a fine of $25.
B. 
For § 280-2, Trucks prohibited on certain streets (over five tons), and § 280-4, Trucks excluded: by a fine of $100 to $500.

C. 
For § 280-5, Main arteries of travel (stop or yield signs): by a fine of $0 to $50 for the first offense and $0 to $100 for the second and each subsequent offense.
D. 
For § 280-6, Turns (prohibited left turns): by a fine of $0 to $40.
E. 
For § 280-7, Bicycles on sidewalks: by a fine of $10.
F. 
For § 280-8, No parking on certain streets: by a fine of $50 for the first offense and $100 for the second and each subsequent offense.

For § 280-9, Standing prohibited: by a fine of $50.

H. 
For § 280-10:
(1) 
Seasonal parking restrictions: by a fine of $25 for the first offense and $50 for the second and each subsequent offense.
(2) 
Parking after snowfalls: by a fine of $50 for the first offense and $100 for the second and each subsequent offense.

Unless otherwise mandated by laws of the State of New York, a violation of any of the provisions of Article 32 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $25 for each offense.

A. 
Any person who has been issued three summonses, pursuant to Chapter 280 of the Town Code of the Town of New Windsor, in the preceding 18 months and has not satisfied the same with the Town of New Windsor will be certified as a scofflaw. The Town of New Windsor will notify the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles pursuant to the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law, Article 14, § 401, Subdivision 5-a and Article 20, § 514, Subdivision 4(a).
B. 
All unpaid parking tickets that result in scofflaw certification by the Town of New Windsor to the State of New York are subject to double the original fine.
