A. 
The following parking areas are designated as municipal parking lots and shall be subject to the rules and regulations concerning municipal parking lots and any other code of the Town of New Windsor that is applicable:
(1) 
The parking lot located on New York State Route 32 approximately 354.3 feet south of the intersection of the westerly side of New York State Route 32 and the southerly side of Old Temple Hill Road, said parking lot located on the west side of New York State Route 32, known and designated on the New Windsor Tax Map as Section 69, Block 2 Lot 7, and containing approximately 22 parking spaces.
B. 
The following are the rules and regulations that will apply to all municipal parking lots:
(1) 
No vehicle shall be parked or remain on a municipal parking lot after the hour of 10:00 p.m. and prior to the hour of 6:00 a.m. of the following day. Any vehicles remaining in a municipal parking lot during the aforesaid hours shall be removed by the Town at the expense of the owner. The owner shall be responsible for any storage charges that are incurred after the vehicle is removed from the parking lot.
(2) 
No vehicle shall remain in a municipal parking lot for a period exceeding two hours.
(3) 
No vehicle shall be permitted to remain in the parking lot or enter any parking lot when there is a snow accumulation in excess of two inches. The above restriction shall terminate upon completion of plowing of the municipal parking lot.
(4) 
There shall be no servicing, repair or cleaning (inside or outside) of vehicles in any municipal parking lot.
(5) 
There shall be no dumping or littering in any municipal parking lot.
(6) 
All vehicles in violation of these rules will be towed at the owner's expense, and the owner shall also be liable for any storage fees that are incurred after towing.
(7) 
The New Windsor Police Department is authorized to remove any vehicle found to be in violation of these rules.

A. 
Unless otherwise mandated by law, a violation of any of the provisions of Article V shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $150 for each offense; and
B. 
A violation of any of the provisions of Article VII shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $75 for each offense.
