If and to the extent that it is necessary to amend § 7-718 of the Village Law (relating to the appointment of planning board members) and § 7-712 of the Village Law (relating to the appointment of zoning board of appeals members) in their application to the Village of Quogue in order to authorize the provisions of Article I and Article II of this chapter, § 7-718 of the Village Law and § 7-712 of the Village Law are hereby amended in their application to the Village of Quogue by adding provisions authorizing the provisions of Article I and Article III of this chapter.
