No persons attired in bathing suits or garments commonly used for swimming or public bathing shall enter any store, hotel or public building in the Village of Quogue or walk or otherwise travel, while so attired, on any public street, road or public place in the Village of Quogue.
No person shall use any automobile, wagon or vehicle or any structure, tent or device whatsoever within the bounds of any public street, road or place in the Village of Quogue for the purpose of disrobing or effecting a change of attire to bathing or swimming suits or garments, or in any manner whatsoever effect a change of attire for bathing or swimming in any public street, road or place or in any other place where such disrobing or attiring in bathing or swimming suits or garments may be witnessed by any person on any public street or road or in any public place.

No person shall enter the waters of the Atlantic Ocean or of any bay or canal for the purpose of bathing or swimming therein from any public street, road or place in the Village of Quogue, except the Quogue Village Beach.

A. 
No person shall appear in a public street or public place in said Village clothed or costumed in such a manner that the portion of his or her breast below the top of the areola is not covered with a fully opaque covering.
B. 
No person shall appear in a public street or public place in said Village unless his or her buttocks and the private or intimate parts of his or her body are covered with a fully opaque covering.

A. 
As used in this section, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
OCEAN BEACH AREA
Those premises along the Atlantic Ocean bounded on the north by the crest of the dunes, on the south by the low-water mark of the Atlantic Ocean, on the east by the easterly Village line and on the west by the westerly Village line.
B. 
No person shall appear on the ocean beach area or waters adjacent thereto in the Village unless his or her buttocks and the private or intimate parts of his or her body are covered with a fully opaque covering.
C. 
No female person shall appear on the ocean beach area or waters adjacent thereto in the Village unless the portion of her breast below the top of the areola is covered with a fully opaque covering.
