All police officers shall use their assigned
gasoline credit card and assigned pin number only for the purpose
of putting gasoline into a police vehicle that they have just finished
using on their work shift, are currently using on their work shift,
or will be using on their next work shift, and are prohibited from
using their gasoline credit card and pin number to put gasoline into
any other police vehicle or the police vehicle of another officer.
Any police officer of the Borough of Brentwood
who violates the provisions of this article, or agrees with another
officer to violate the provisions of this article, shall be subject
to appropriate disciplinary action including, but not limited to,
suspension and/or termination from employment.
