§ 255-1 Tanks in residential areas prohibited.

Aboveground storage tanks for the purpose of storage and/or dispensing of gasoline or any other flammable or combustible liquid are prohibited in residential areas of the Village of Williamsville, Illinois.

§ 255-2 Propane tanks.

This chapter does not apply to the aboveground storage of propane in containers specifically designed for the storage of propane.

§ 255-3 Penalties. [1]

Any person installing or using an aboveground storage tank in violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $750.
