The Town of Beekman Code does not have in place a bond requirement for grading, seeding and haying of lawns for new construction in order to prevent erosion of the property or any neighboring property.

The Town Board hereby establishes a bond amount of $5,000 maximum, to be determined by the Building Inspector, for new construction for grading and seeding.
