A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to remain within the boundaries of the area known as the "Town of Beekman Recreation Area," Recreation Road, Beekman, New York, after the hour of 9:00 p.m. and prior to the hour of 7:00 a.m.
B. 
This section shall not apply to individuals or groups of individuals remaining on the premises with the express consent of the President of the Beekman Recreation Association; peace officers; or employees of the Town of Beekman on Town business.
It shall be unlawful for any person to dispose of or deposit any garbage, tin cans, glass, waste metal or any similar substance within the area known as the "Town of Beekman Recreation Area" or within or upon the waters adjoining the same.
It shall be unlawful for any person within the boundaries known as the "Town of Beekman Recreation Area" to engage in behavior which is annoying or threatening to other occupants and users of the Recreation Area.

Any person committing an offense against any provision of this article shall be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable for each offense by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
