No permit to erect or construct a swimming pool, public, semipublic
or private, whether above the ground or in the ground, whether it has an underwater
light or does not have an underwater light, shall be granted by the Building
Inspector unless the application therefor shall have been approved in writing
by the Inspector of Wires.

Proper installation and grounding must be performed by
a licensed electrician, according to Article 680, Swimming Pools, and other
applicable sections of the most recent National Electrical Code and the Massachusetts
State Electrical Code.

No swimming pool shall be maintained, constructed or installed unless
it shall have a fence at least four feet in height completely enclosing said
pool.
Said fence may have appropriate entranceways, provided that said entranceways
are so constructed as to be as effective as a fence when closed or secured.
