GENERAL REFERENCES
Fire prevention— See Ch. 60.
It shall be unlawful for any person to cause or permit an open fire
out of doors within the limits of the Town of Mount Airy whenever the same
is in violation of any state statute or regulations.
Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is hereby
declared to be a municipal infraction.
