§ 6-26 Committee created; composition; terms; vacancies.

There is hereby created a Shade Tree Committee to consist of five members, each of whom shall serve for a term on one year. The members of the Committee shall be appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Council. Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term only. Each term shall run from January 1 until December 31.
