The Township Historic Preservation Advisory Commission, heretofore created by ordinance, is continued with the functions, powers and duties prescribed by ordinance. [See § 112-200.] The Council shall appoint the members of the Commission, who shall serve without compensation for terms prescribed by law. Members shall serve for their respective terms and until their successors thereafter have been appointed and qualified.

The Director of Community Development shall assign staff as necessary to provide support to said Commission.
