At the first regular meeting after their election, the Board of Commissioners shall choose one of their number to preside at all meetings of the Board. That person shall be designated "Mayor."
The Mayor shall be president of the Board of Commissioners and shall preside at its meetings, but he shall have no power to veto any measure.
