This article is adopted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:3-15 et seq. known as the "Destruction of Public Records Law." The terms and provisions of these statutes are adopted by reference and incorporated herein as if they were set forth with particularity.
The Bureau of Archives and History in the Department of Education has established a records retention and disposal schedule which sets forth the records, title and description of public records and the dates agencies must retain these records. The City of Millville hereby adopts the records retention and disposal schedule promulgated pursuant to these statutes and regulations.
