The City of Millville hereby approves the School
Property Drug Maps prepared on August 19, 1997, which locate schools
within the City of Millville and which designates the boundaries of
the drug-free zones within 1,000 feet of each property used for school
purposes.
The City of Millville hereby approves the Public
Housing Drug Maps prepared on July 7, 1998, which locate the public
housing buildings and real property used in connection therewith within
the City of Millville and which designates the boundaries of the drug-free
zones within 500 feet of each property used for public housing facility
purposes.
The City of Millville hereby approves the Public
Parks Drug Maps prepared on July 7, 1998, which locate public parks
within the City of Millville and which designates the boundaries of
the drug-free zones within 500 feet of each property used for public
park purposes.
The City of Millville hereby approves the Public
Library and Museum Drug Maps prepared on July 7, 1998, which locate
the public library and museum within the City of Millville and which
designates the boundaries of the drug-free zones within 500 feet of
each property used as a public library or museum.
The Drug Free Zone Maps shall be kept on file
in the office of the City Clerk and maintained as an official record
of the City of Millville to be introduced as evidence in the courts
of this state and other courts of competent jurisdiction in prosecutions
involving drug violations.
