[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village

The position of Deputy Assessor of the Incorporated Village
of East Hills is hereby established.
The position of Deputy Assessor shall be filled for such term
as state law shall provide, by an individual duly qualified and appointed
by the Board of Trustees.

The Deputy Assessor shall have authority to act for and in place
of the Assessor at such times when the Assessor is unavailable or
occupied by other official duties.
