[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village
of East Hills 10-19-1992 by L.L. No. 3-1992. Amendments noted where
applicable.]
The Board of Trustees is authorized to provide that the offices
of Village Clerk and Deputy Village Clerk need not be filled by residents
of the Village of East Hills but must be filled by residents of the
State of New York.
To the extent that this chapter is inconsistent with § 3-300
of the Village Law, this chapter shall supersede such section of the
Village Law.
