No person shall permit, allow, or tolerate noxious weeds, long
grass, or other rank growths on real property within the Village owned,
leased, or otherwise occupied by such person.
No person shall permit, allow, or tolerate any illegal structure
on real property within the Village owned, leased, or otherwise occupied
by such person.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall mean and
include:
Grass in excess of seven inches in length.
A combination of materials to form a building or other structure,
including, among others, stadiums, gospel and circus tents, reviewing
stands, platforms, stagings, observation towers, radio towers, water
tanks and towers, trestles, piers, wharves, sheds, commercial coal
bins, display signs, fences, retaining walls, outdoor fireplaces,
pools, and pergolas. The term "structure" shall be construed as if
followed by the words "or part thereof."
