[Adopted 1-4-1995]
Pursuant to § 987, Subdivision 1,
of the Real Property Tax Law, the Town of Orchard Park is hereby authorized
to impose a service charge of $2 to cover the expense of mailing out
the notice of delinquency to the taxpayers.
